"I use the Core-Cooler while riding my bike in the Bay Area. I like the way it feels upon my Neck & Shoulders as the cloth is soft to the touch. Core-Cooler moves with me during my ride, it never bunches or binds around my neck area. Anticipating riding a ride without Core-Cooler in 110 Degrees heat would make my ride a very uncomfortable one. Thanks for the added addition to my biking experience!"

"I don't usually ride in the mid summer, it's too hot. The Core-Cooler will increase my riding season two months. Every off road rider in the world will buy one of these... Or two..."

Jason Moreno, Desert Rider / Motion Picture Transportation

"I race motocross and I sweat profusely. When I go to the start line my goggles fog up and the sweat from my helmet drips into my eyes during the race. It's been a real problem for me. The first thing I noticed about the "Core-Cooler" was that I didn't notice it. Except for the fact that I was comfortably cool, I couldn't tell I had it on under my gear.

At the National Final we had a three moto format. I finishhed 1/4/1, first overall. I wore the Core-Cooler to the line in the first moto and my goggles didn't fog. During the race, I had no problem with sweat in my eyes. I got in the lead and ran away with the race.

I didn't wear the Core-Cooler in the second moto and when I got to the line my goggles fogged up as soon as I stopped rolling. I worked up a sweat fast on the track and by the second lap the burning drops of sweat started bombarding my eyes. The confidence I felt in the first moto wasn't there. I felt tired and I wanted the moto to end... I finished 4th.

Moto three was a virtual repeat of the first. Wearing the Core-Cooler, I had no fogging on the line and I ran away with the moto. I didn't even get sweat on my goggle foam. I'll never race without it again. The Core-Cooler is like a radiator for your body, it's the single most effective performance product you can buy. Period. Oh yeah, on Monday, I didn't even feel like I had ridden, much less won the National Championship the day before."

"Having trained and competed in some of the most severe conditions imaginable, as well as working with most of the worlds elite endurance athletes, I can tell you firsthand how critical the regulation of body core temperature is.

Poor Thermoregulation can have very severe consequnces. The best way to treat potential heat stroke is to prevent it in the first place! The Core-Cooler has proven itself extremely reliable at never allowing your body to "redline" itself into dangerous heat related situations. I'd just wished I'd had one 20 years ago!"

Jeff (Iron) Montgomery, Exercise Science Specialist

"When I first arrived in Iraq it was winter and cool outside. However as spring approached the temperatures rose quickly. In the summer it was anywhere from 120 to 145 degrees. Some of the vehicles were equipped with ac but they never worked well. Plus, with the uniforms and body armor it could get really hot in there. The armor of the vehicle added to the heat as well.

My primary duty was conducting supply convoy missions from Baghdad Airport and around the surrounding areas to my duty station in Abu Ghraib Prison, Iraq. And, at times, that would change to include detainee escort missions. There were two soldiers who I directly rated but others were assigned to me depending on the mission.

The dangerous thing about the heat, in addition to dehydration, heat stroke and all the other potential problems of the desert, is that excess heat makes you sluggish and tired, which is a dangerous condition for a solider in a combat zone. When the Core Coolers arrived I thought they might be good for a few minutes, but would evaporate away. I was happily proved wrong the first day. I wore the Core Cooler under my body armor and felt like I had my own personal air conditioner. Convoy duty in Iraq can be hot, tense and exhausting. We were shot at often, and had to protect our detainees in transport. At the end of the day I was usually burnt out and too tired to sleep. But after wearing the Core Cooler all day I felt frosty, more alert, I was even hungry for hot food. And that night I slept really well. After that I wore the CC every mission and shared the spare with who-ever was manning the turret as I wanted that solider to stay sharp."
